May 10 - July 12

Rail works
Groningen station

From Saturday, May 10 through Saturday, July 12, extensive rail works will take place on the tracks and at Groningen station. During this period, in different phases, fewer or no trains will run to, from, and through Groningen station. NS and Arriva will operate replacement buses. The operation will also impact cyclists and car traffic.

What does this mean for me as a train passenger?

Where trains are not running, NS and Arriva will provide buses. Please allow for additional travel time of 15 to 45 minutes, depending on your origin and destination.
